EMBER FIFTEEN

How are you feeling right now?

15 Minute Evening Reflection

EMBER FIFTEEN is a daily evening ritual that guides you through a 15-minute reflection practice. Choose your mood, answer three thoughtful evening reflection questions, and receive an AI-powered summary of your thoughts. Perfect for winding down before bed.

Visual Breathing Exercise

Follow a gentle breathing circle that expands and contracts to guide your breath. Our visual breathing exercise helps you slow down, reduce anxiety, and find calm in just a few minutes. No apps to install — works directly in your browser.

15 Minute Meditation Timer

Use the silent mode with a 15 minute meditation timer and a single candle on your screen. Set your duration, breathe, and let the timer gently notify you when your session is complete. Ideal for a daily evening ritual.

Ambient Soundscapes

Real-time synthesized sounds of guqin, singing bowls, temple bells, and eagle flutes — no audio files, no copyright issues. Let the ambient soundscape accompany your evening reflection.

Privacy Policy

Your reflections stay on your device. All reflection entries are stored locally in your browser's localStorage. We do not upload your personal reflections to any database.

When you use the AI reflection feature, your answers to the three questions are sent to our server proxy, which forwards them to an AI language model to generate a summary. Your IP address and approximate location (country/city) are logged for analytics purposes. The AI-generated summary is also stored in our database for usage tracking.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are collected via a privacy-friendly, self-hosted solution.
